What are the stipulated regulations for satisfying the residential?

Please elaborate your question as I am having hard time finding the perfect answer for you. If you are applying for PNP then you will have to stay in the particular province for 2 years before you move on to a different province. It is not mandatory however you will be asked to write city of destination before you upload your PNP file. Once you receive COPR (Confirmation of Permanent Residency), the travel documents will be delivered to your address which states that you need to reach to this particular city of Canada. This rule does not apply to Express Entry candidates. If your question is different than the one I answered with then please mentioned it descriptively as a comment of this answer. Thanks.
